13 YEARS. 48 CHAPTERS. TOO MANY STORIES TO TELL IN ONE SITTING.

INSIDE THE CHAPTERS

01 : THE BRONX, 1964

It starts where it all started: the Northern Bronx. School, friends, neighborhood life, and the first encounters that would set the tone for the years ahead.

02 : THE BAND

The drums enter the picture. A few gigs become more gigs, and suddenly music isn’t just something Nat enjoys. It’s becoming part of who he is.

03 : GROWING UP FAST

High school, friends, parties, first loves, and the kind of trouble that seemed to find Nat without needing an invitation.

04 : ON THE ROAD

Boston. California. Long drives. Concerts. New faces. Nat discovers that sometimes the best plan is having no plan at all. The 1968 chapters mark the story’s move beyond New York.

05 : BEFORE WOODSTOCK

The summer of 1969 is building. The music is getting louder, the excitement is everywhere, and Nat is moving through a world that seems to be getting wilder by the week.

06 : WOODSTOCK, 1969

No ticket. No tent. No change of clothes. Just a 19-year-old Bronx kid heading toward Woodstock because that’s where the action was. He arrives before the festival and finds himself inside one of the defining moments of the era.

07 : LIFE AFTER THE FESTIVAL

Woodstock ends. Life doesn’t. Nat returns to everyday reality, but the adventures keep coming: friends, concerts, summer escapes, college, and plenty of unexpected turns.

08 : NEW PLACES. NEW PEOPLE. NEW TROUBLE.

The early 1970s bring new jobs, new apartments, new cars, new relationships, and plenty of stories. Just when life seems to settle down, Nat finds another reason to shake things up.

09 : MARRIAGE & CHANGE

By 1971, the story takes another turn. Nat gets married, moves through different chapters of life, and discovers that settling down doesn’t necessarily mean slowing down.

10 : FLORIDA & THE NEXT ADVENTURE

Florida brings a change of scenery and a new set of experiences. By the mid-1970s, the story has moved far beyond the Bronx where it began.

11 : SKYDIVING

Just when you think you’ve figured out Nat, he jumps out of a plane. The skydiving chapters introduce an entirely new kind of adrenaline as he discovers the strange silence and rush of free fall.

12 : 1977: LOOKING BACK

Thirteen years later, the journey reaches its final stretch. The people, places, music, risks, relationships, and adventures have all become memories. What remains is the story of the kid from the Bronx who somehow lived through it all.
